Smart key access (StorAxxS): Support for Bluetooth smart key access at enabled locations, allowing tenants to securely unlock units and gates via their mobile device.

Licence plate sync to Inception — licence plate credentials now sync to the Inception access control system.
Defer ID verification charge — the identity verification charge can now be deferred to a later stage.
Insomniac Bluetooth locks — added support for Insomniac Bluetooth unit locks, enabling phone-based unit access.
Insurance file upload limit increase — increased the insurance proof upload limit from 5MB to 10MB.
Log additional users on access — access logs now record additional users associated with the primary account holder.
Enforcing opening hours — the app can now enforce facility opening hours, restricting gate access outside permitted times.
Payment history from StorEdge — payment history is now pulled from StorEdge for operators using that FMS.
Move-out date validation — added validation to prevent invalid move-out dates.
Configurable FAQ — FAQ sections are now configurable per location on the quick links page.
TOTP two-factor authentication — added time-based one-time password (TOTP) 2FA for admin and tenant accounts.
Bulk approve call center tasks — call center tasks can now be bulk-approved with subtask confirmation.
Location dropdown redesign — the location dropdown is now a pill-style button for a cleaner mobile UI.
Out-of-hours message — new configurable message displayed when the facility is outside opening hours.
Replace contact button with call-us — operators can replace the in-app contact form with a direct phone call button.

Access code emails — tenants now receive access codes via email after registration.
Access logs — comprehensive access logging for gate and unit access events.
Move-out survey — tenants are prompted with a survey when initiating a move-out, completable directly in the app.
Proof of insurance — tenants can upload proof of insurance, with corresponding call center task management.
Ledger due notifications — automated notifications when ledger payments become due.
Insurance added call center task — a new call center task is created when insurance is added to an account.
Custom message for unknown email — custom error messages when users try to register with an email not found in the FMS.
Payment date in final payment info — the final payment info message now includes the payment date.
Insurance redirect to payment — after adding insurance, users are redirected to the payment screen.
